WHAT YOU WILL DO

🎯 

Content & Social Media (Daily Execution)

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & WhatsApp
• Create daily reels/shorts/posts
• Turn technical products into simple, relatable stories
• Build strong brand recall & authority

🧪 

Product Demo & Testing Lab

• Set up a small in-house demo/testing space
• Shoot real product demonstrations:
• Adhesion tests
• Waterproofing demos
• Sound & vibration damping
• 
  
• Create content that educates & sells

🤖 

AI & Trend-Based Marketing

• Use AI tools for ideas, scripts, thumbnails & edits
• Experiment with:
• Reels & Shorts
• Live sessions
• Podcasts & collaborations
• 
  

📞 

Indiamart + Cold Calling

• Actively manage Indiamart leads
• Call, follow up & convert inquiries
• Coordinate with sales team for closures

🤝 

Sales & White-Label Support

• Support sales team with:
• White-label design coordination
• Client-specific marketing material
• 
  
• Work cross-functionally with sales, design & production

Out-of-the-Box Brand Growth

• Launch creative campaigns:
• Dealer spotlight series
• Factory-to-market stories
• Educational content for installers & OEMs

WHO SHOULD APPLY

✅ Self-starter with strong ownership mindset

✅ 2–5 years experience in marketing / content / growth

✅ Manufacturing / B2B exposure is a plus (not mandatory)
