We’re looking for an experienced and passionate digital marketing expert to join our growing fashion business.

🔍 Requirements:  

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing  

- Expertise in PPC Ads (Google, Meta)  

- Handling Instagram & Facebook pages  

- Website management & SEO basics  

- Creative mindset & fashion interest preferred  

- Male & Female both can apply  

💼 Role:  

- Run and manage paid ad campaigns  

- Manage and grow social media handles  

- Monitor analytics and campaign performance  

- Create engaging content with the team  

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)  

Key Responsibilities

Instagram Management: Handle daily posting, Stories, and engagement to build an active community.

Growth Strategy: Implement proven tactics to increase organic follower count and brand awareness.

Content Creation: Design high-quality banners (Canva/Photoshop) and edit engaging Reels/videos that stop the scroll.

Paid Advertising: Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) to drive traffic and sales.

Sales Growth: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing revenue and lead generation.

Analytics: Track weekly performance and adjust strategies based on data.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Track Record: You must have a portfolio or case studies showing previous account growth and successful ad campaigns.

Creative Skills: Proficiency in video editing apps (CapCut, VN, etc.) and graphic design tools.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Instagram algorithm and Meta Ads Manager.

Consistency: Ability to manage a daily posting schedule without supervisio
