About the Role

Ananta Business Services is looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Facebook Campaigns, SEO, and Google Ads, along with strong knowledge of social media and performance marketing.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Design, build, and manage a strong and engaging social media presence across all platforms.
• Create, schedule, and optimize content to ensure consistent audience engagement.
• Interact with customers and followers to build brand loyalty and improve community engagement.
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and historical data to refine marketing strategies.
• Track and measure the performance of all digital campaigns and report on ROI and KPIs.
• Identify emerging trends and implement data-driven improvements to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with the team to generate creative ideas and growth strategies for all social platforms.
• Conduct A/B tests and marketing experiments to improve conversions and user engagement.
• Monitor customer experience across all digital channels and optimize conversion paths.
• 📌 QualificationsGraduate (any stream).
• Hands-on experience in:

• Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video preferred)
• SEO (On-page & Off-page)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign optimization.
• Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
