• Content Creation & Curation: Produce and schedule engaging multimedia content (text, images, videos) tailored for different platforms, using scheduling tools. 
• Campaign Management: Plan and launch marketing campaigns, promotions, and contests to promote the brand and drive conversions. 
• Community Engagement: Monitor channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a strong online community and managing brand voice. 
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools to optimize performance. 
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, PR, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
