📅 Plan & execute monthly content calendars (Reels, posts, stories)

🎥 Create engaging, trend-driven content (focus on viral hooks & storytelling)

🤝 Manage influencer collaborations & UGC content pipeline

🎨 Design creatives (graphics, thumbnails, feed aesthetics)

✂️ Edit videos with strong understanding of transitions, music & pacing

📊 Track performance & optimize content for reach, engagement & conversions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sense of fashion aesthetics (ethnic wear preferred)
• Proficiency in design + video editing tools
• Understanding of Instagram trends & algorithms
