We are looking for a creative and organized female candidate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable talking to customers and has a "good eye" for creating social media content. You will handle our digital presence while ensuring our daily office billing and calls are managed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Regularly post updates, photos, and videos to our Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business accounts.

Basic Editing: Use simple tools (like Canva, VN, or CapCut) to edit short videos (Reels) and product photos.

Client Communication: Attend calls to explain our work, provide our address, and answer customer queries.

Billing & Payments: Generate invoices for orders and handle payment collections (Cash/UPI).

Online Inquiry Handling: Respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) from potential buyers.

Required Skills:

Tech Savvy: Familiar with Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, and WhatsApp marketing.

Basic Editing Skills: Ability to trim videos, add background music, and use text overlays.

Professionalism: Polite speaking skills for both phone calls and in-person customers.

Organization: Should be able to multitask between social media and billing.
