The Detailing Gang is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Reel Creator & Content Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves shooting videos, editing engaging reels, and building brand presence across social media platforms.

You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and posting high-quality short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will also manage our social media pages, respond to engagement, and help grow our online audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot professional-quality videos of car detailing services, customer moments, and studio activities
• Edit videos into engaging reels with smooth transitions and storytelling
• Regularly post content across social media platforms
• Create captions and social-friendly content that reflects our brand
• Manage social media inbox, comments, and customer engagement
• Develop creative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and brand awareness
• Track performance and suggest improvement ideas
• Stay updated with social media trends and reel formats

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in video shooting and editing
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content
• Basic understanding of social media marketing
• Creative mindset and eye for visual aesthetics
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Tools Knowledge

• CapCut / VN / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut (any editing tool)
• Smartphone or camera handling
• Basic graphic tools (optional)
