Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a result-driven Social Media Strategist who can plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies to grow brand presence, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement
• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing team
• Run and optimize social media campaigns when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media strategy or management
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content trends
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Creative thinking with data-driven decision making
• Good communication and planning skills
