Key Responsibilities

📲 Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn for multiple real estate projects
• Plan and execute 30-day content calendars (reels + posts + stories)
• Handle engagement: comments, DMs, lead queries

🎬 Content & Reels (MOST IMPORTANT)

• Create high-conversion reel scripts (sales-focused)
• Shoot & edit reels (site visits, walkthroughs, investor videos)
• Develop luxury + investment + lifestyle storytelling

📈 Lead Generation Focus

• Create content that drives inbound leads & inquiries
• Work with performance marketing team for ad creatives
• Optimize content for clicks, leads, conversions
