About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist who can manage and grow the digital presence of our OEM & import-based mobile accessories brand(s). The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content across all major social platforms to build brand authority, generate B2B leads, and engage retail/wholesale buyers.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute monthly social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Channels, etc.)

✅ Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (reels, carousel posts, product explainers, packaging & factory-based videos, etc.)

✅ Showcase OEM/private-label capabilities, bulk pricing, factory output, and import stock arrivals

✅ Manage brand pages + community growth (followers, engagement, B2B inquiries, WhatsApp community funneling)

✅ Run paid & organic campaigns focused on B2B dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and ecommerce sellers

✅ Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align content with launches, offers, events, and trade-show activity

✅ Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize based on insights

✅ Stay updated with trends in mobile accessories, OEM branding, China import content style, and B2B-style marketing

✅ Respond to DMs & comments, convert leads to sales funnel with the sales team

✅ Coordinate with photographers, video editors, designers when required

Required Skills & Experience

🔹 2+ years experience in social media marketing (electronics / OEM / D2C / B2B industry preferred)

🔹 Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp Communities, LinkedIn brand building

🔹 Ability to create or supervise creation of product photos, reels, tech explainers, unboxing, and factory footage

🔹 Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut / Adobe tools (or ability to guide editors)

🔹 Familiarity with B2B audience behaviour (dealers, shop owners, Amazon/Meesho sellers, wholesalers)

🔹 Able to write captions in Hinglish when needed (Indian trade tone)

🔹 Understanding of hashtags, SEO keywords, product positioning

🔹 Knowledge of Meta Ads / Lead Forms / WhatsApp CTAs is a plus
