🔹 About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor online trends, industry news, and competitor activities.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and strengthen brand communication.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality content output.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of Canva / Photoshop / video editing (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
