🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage daily content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms

Develop social media strategies to increase reach, engagement & followers

Write engaging captions, hooks, and content ideas aligned with brand voice

Manage reels, stories, posts, and content calendars

Monitor analytics, insights, and platform performance

Engage with audience through comments and DMs professionally

Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes

Coordinate remotely with designers/video editors (if required)

🎯 Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year experience in social media marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram growth & content strategy

Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely

Good communication and planning skills

Creative mindset with result-oriented thinking

Reels strategy experience is a plus
