🔋 HIRING – Solar Sales Executive (Lead Generation + Technical Sales)
đź“Ť Location: Azadpur, New Delhi (field + office)
🏢 Company: Aggarwal Machinery Store – Solar Division
🕰️ Timing: 10 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + High Incentives
👨‍💻 Responsibilities:
• Generate leads for solar panel installation (home/industrial)
• Qualify customers, explain benefits & basic system design
• Visit sites, take load requirements, suggest kW sizing
• Prepare & send quotations in Excel/Word/WhatsApp
• Follow up with clients to close deals
• Coordinate with installation team post-sale
đź“Ś Requirements:
• Experience in solar sales or electrical background preferred
• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or related stream is a plus
• Must be confident in Hindi, basic English communication
• Should understand terms like kWp, inverter, structure, subsidy etc.
• Basic MS Excel & WhatsApp skills for quoting
