Job Title: Solar Sales Executive

Role Overview
The Solar Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, meeting homeowners, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and closing residential solar installation deals. This is a field sales role requiring proactive outreach, local market knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and gather necessary details for proposals.
- Present tailored solar solutions, including system sizing, ROI, subsidy benefits, and financing options.
- Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to ensure high lead-to-sale conversion.
- Collaborate with the technical team for accurate proposals and installation planning.
- Stay updated on market trends, subsidy schemes, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with weekend work and local travel in Delhi NCR.
- Self-motivated with high persistence and resilience.
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge of solar systems, government subsidies, and basic technical understanding.
- Local candidate from Faridabad or nearby areas.
- Experience in consultative selling for high-ticket products.
