Sourcing & Vendor Management Executive (Fashion Industry | Delhi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source fabrics, trims, and production units aligned with Dusala’s luxury quality.

• Manage vendor coordination and production timelines.

• Maintain relationships with multi-designer stores and buying teams (e.g. Pernia’s, Aza, Ensemble, Ogaan, Le Mill, Elahe, Carma, Evoluzione, etc.).

• Handle sampling, order execution, and costing negotiations.

• Keep detailed vendor and production tracking sheets.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–6 years in sourcing, vendor, or buyer relations (fashion/luxury brands preferred).

• Strong industry network and communication skills.

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
