Job Description

  • जॉब जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities):
  • सभी प्रकार के साउथ इंडियन व्यंजन तैयार करना जैसे –
  • इडली, डोसा, वड़ा, उपमा, पोंगल, सांभर, रसम, उत्तपम, विभिन्न चटनियाँ, बिरयानी, फिल्टर कॉफी आदि
  • भोजन की गुणवत्ता, स्वाद और सफाई का विशेष ध्यान रखना
  • किचन में हाइजीन (स्वच्छता) और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना
  • जरूरत अनुसार मेन्यू प्लानिंग और नई डिश तैयार करने में सहयोग
  • सामग्री (Ingredients) की खरीद सूची तैयार करना और उनकी सही स्टोरेज सुनिश्चित करना
  • खाने की प्रेजेंटेशन (Presentation) आकर्षक बनाना
  • ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर के अनुसार समय पर खाना सर्व करना
  • किचन स्टाफ के साथ तालमेल बनाकर काम करना


  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as:
  • Idli, Dosa (all varieties), Vada, Upma, Pongal, Sambar, Rasam, Uttapam
  • Coconut, tomato, mint and other traditional chutneys
  • Maintain food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation
  • Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Assist in menu planning and creating new South Indian recipes when required
  • Manage ingredient stock, storage, and prepare purchase lists
  • Prepare food on time as per customer orders
  • Coordinate and work smoothly with kitchen support staff
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
