Special Educator Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with the Child Psychologists, Speech Therapists,Occupational Therapists to create holistic intervention plans.
• Assess Client’s’ abilities and craft teaching plans.
• Monitor children’s behavioural patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed.
• Find engaging activities to teach skills (Example, drawing and theatre drama).
• Plan and perform informal assessments.
• IEP Definition (self and other team members).
• Prepare aids / resources as required.
• Periodic review of Progress with IEP.
• Assess students’ abilities and craft teaching plans.
• Coach/mentor other professionals who work with children with disabilities.

Qualification: Masters In Special Education or Bachelors In Special Education (Must).

Requirements:

• Should have experience teaching students with Learning Disabilities.
• B. Ed (Special Education)/M. Ed in Special Education.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Special Educator.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
