Restaurant Server Position - Olive Garden

Job Type: Full-Time Location: Aerocity 

• Food & Beverage Service: Greet and seat guests promptly, making them feel welcome and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders, answering questions about the menu and making recommendations

• Guest Interaction & Satisfaction: Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Restaurant Captain or MOD as necessary

• Bussing (Table Clearance) & Table Maintenance: Assist with clearing and resetting tables between guests to maintain a clean and organized dining area. Help with carrying and delivering food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy. 

• Training & Skill Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance food knowledge, service skills, and operational understanding. Actively engage in the training process to grow within the role and demonstrate readiness for career advancement.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other front-of-house staff, including the Restaurant Captain, Trainee Host, and other servers to ensure smooth operations. Assist in floor service as needed, including supporting other team members during peak times. 

• Operational Support: Ensure that the dining area remains clean, neat, and organized throughout the shift. Assist with setting up and breaking down the service area before and after shifts.
