Maintaining stock records (inward & outward entries)
• Receiving materials and checking quality & quantity
• Issuing stock as per requirement
• Maintaining inventory and stock levels
• Coordinating with kitchen and restaurant staff
• Handling vendor bills and delivery challans
• Ensuring proper storage and FIFO process
• Preparing daily/weekly stock reports
