Store Assistant

We are looking for someone to manage our IT products and service store at Wazirpur (Ground Floor). The role involves assisting walk-in customers, handling basic laptop/service queries, coordinating repairs, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and assist walk-in customers at the store

Handle basic laptop & IT product knowledge (troubleshooting, service coordination)

Coordinate with service team for repairs/maintenance

Maintain service requests, billing, and customer records

Provide product/service information clearly and politely

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Diploma (any stream)

Basic laptop knowledge (hardware/software understanding preferred)

Good communication in Hindi & basic English

Customer-friendly and well-presented
