🔧 Your Role

We’re looking for a Store & Dispatch Supervisor to lead our backend operations—managing inventory, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining data accuracy with zero tolerance for errors.

✅ Responsibilities

Maintain accurate stock of raw materials, WIP & finished goods

Coordinate & oversee timely dispatches

Ensure real-time data updates across systems

Conduct regular stock audits & reconcile reports

Supervise packing & dispatch team

Handle RTOs, damages & rejection records

Work closely with production for stock movement updates

Keep documentation and dispatch reports clean & error-free

🎯 Who You Are

2+ years in apparel warehouse/store/dispatch

Detail-oriented with strong inventory & Excel skills

Background in garment production or fulfillment

Proactive, dependable, and process-driven

Comfortable with order management tools (Shopify, Unicommerce etc, Marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa etc.)

D2C fashion brand experience

Knowledge of courier integrations & RTO handling

Experience in packaging standards for premium ethnic wear
