Store Executive

Location: Bawana, Delhi

Role Type: Full-time

Role Overview:We are looking for a Store Executive (SCM) to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, and material movement to support uninterrupted production and dispatch activities.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual registers
• Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material identification
• Monitor inventory levels and support timely replenishment
• Coordinate with SCM, Purchase, and Production teams for material availability
• Manage inward & outward material documentation (GRN, issue slips, delivery challans)
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve variances
• Maintain proper storage, housekeeping, and safety norms in stores
• Support dispatch activities and coordination with transporters
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and consumption MIS reports
• Desired Candidate Profile:Experience in stores / inventory / SCM in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods handling
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / other inventory software)
• Understanding of FIFO, stock audit, and inventory control methods
• Comfortable working in a plant setup at Bawana
• Educational Qualification:Graduate / Diploma (Any stream; SCM / Logistics preferred)
• Preferred Skills:Good Excel and MIS reporting skills
• Basic understanding of material planning & supply chain processes
• Good coordination and communication skills
