Job Title: Store Operations Associate

Location: Shahji Ghee Retail Store, Rani Bagh, Pitampura, Delhi

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store Operations Associate to support the day-to-day functioning of the Shahji Ghee retail store. The role involves assisting the Store Manager in managing store operations, attending customers, packing products, maintaining inventory, and supporting marketing activities to promote the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Attend and assist walk-in customers with product information
• Pack products and ensure proper handling of ghee, oils, and other items
• Maintain and update store inventory and stock records
• Help in executing local marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure cleanliness and organized display of products in the store

Requirements:

• Basic communication and customer handling skills
• Responsible, honest, and willing to learn
• Ability to manage packing and inventory tasks efficiently
• Prior retail experience is a plus (not mandatory)
