Summary

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring proper storage of goods to support smooth operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
• Issue materials as per authorized requests
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of items
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excesses
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliations
• Coordinate with purchasing and other departments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)

Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / inventory systems)

Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Ability to lift and move materials as required

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills.
