Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management

• Maintain daily inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Keep the store clean, organised, and audit‑ready
• Create Purchase Indents (PI) based on stock requirements

Billing & Documentation

• Handle all inward bills, file them systematically, and coordinate with the accountant
• Maintain a master Excel file with daily entries for sales, purchases, and stock

Dispatch & Inter‑Outlet Coordination

• Oversee dispatch of goods prepared at the base kitchen to the Connaught Place and Chandi Chowk outlet
• Prepare and record challans for daily dispatch
• Maintain an Excel‑based dispatch log with quantities, timings, and acknowledgements
• Ensure accurate stock movement tracking between Chandni Chowk and CP outlet
• Follow up with outlet staff for receipt confirmation and stock updates

Reporting

• Submit daily stock and production reports
• Highlight shortages, wastage, or discrepancies proactively

Collect and digitize bills:

• Coordinate with all vendors to ensure bills are received in PDF format.
• For physical bills, scan and send digital copies to the company’s WhatsApp account for proper record‑keeping.

Print and apply product labels:

• Generate and print labels for all sweets manufactured, including date of manufacturing, expiry date, batch number, price per unit, MRP, and any other required details.
• Ensure every product leaving the base kitchen is properly labelled.

Requirements

• Experience in storekeeping, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or restaurant operations
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow processes
• Organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented
