Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with strong knowledge of perfumery and an established personal client base. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of luxury retail or airport duty-free experience, owns an active client database, and excels in sales, billing, and store operations.

You will lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and build long-term client relationships while representing the brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day perfume store operations and sales performance
• Drive revenue through personalized selling and client outreach
• Handle billing, POS transactions, cash handling, and inventory coordination
• Deliver expert fragrance consultations using strong perfumery knowledge
• Leverage and grow your personal client database for repeat business
• Uphold brand standards, grooming, and premium service etiquette
• Support launches, activations, and exclusive client events

Candidate Profile

Required Experience & Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail / airport duty-free / premium brands
• Strong knowledge of perfumery and fragrance storytelling
• Existing personal client database with repeat customers
• Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Excellent relationship-building and sales abilities
• Professional grooming and refined presence
• Passion for niche perfumery and luxury customer experience
