Location: Delhi/NCR

• Responsible for driving store sales, leading the team, managing daily operations, and controlling shrinkage.
• Increase sales through effective planning, customer engagement, and team execution.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve targets.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, SOPs, cash handling, and visual standards.
• Monitor inventory, prevent losses, and implement strong shrinkage controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of retail experience, including team leadership.(3 years into SM/SM role)
• Strong sales mindset, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working shifts and peak hours.
