Store Timings: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

15 No. Chawalwala is a trusted name from Khari Baoli, known for quality groceries, spices, dry fruits, and essentials. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to lead our store operations efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations (billing, inventory, staff management, cleanliness).
• Manage and coordinate with billing staff, delivery personnel, and packaging team.
• Ensure timely restocking of products and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and maintain high service standards.
• Manage store sales, targets, and generate daily reports.
• Maintain proper coordination with the central factory and other store branches.
• Train and supervise new staff members.
• Ensure the store is well organized, clean, and visually appealing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of retail/grocery operations is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (billing software, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused mindset.
