STORE MANAGER – RETAIL SHOWROOM

Location: Delhi / NCR

Joining: Immediate

Showroom Timing: 09:30 AM – 08:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (availability required on important occasions)

Role Overview

We are hiring a highly responsible and disciplined Store Manager to run the showroom end-to-end.

This role carries complete ownership of sales, billing coordination, order fulfillment, inventory discipline, and customer experience.

This is not a desk role—it is an ownership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete showroom operations
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery
• Track and monitor all sales, billing, inventory, and dispatches
• Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
• Daily reporting and communication with senior stakeholders
• Maintain discipline, ethics, and professionalism across the store
• Coordinate with sales and billing staff seamlessly
• Be available on important business occasions, even on Sundays
• Actively contribute to brand building and reputation management
• Highly responsible, disciplined, and ethical
• Strong experience in retail showroom operations
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability
• Sharp eye for detail—nothing in the store should escape attention
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to manage people, pressure, and priorities

Fully responsible for their respective duties related to sales value, billing value, payments, deliveries, and store inventory.

Any mismatch in order value, payment value, delivery, or inventory—if found due to negligence, error, or misconduct—may result in accountability measures, including salary deductions, as per company policy.
