Store Operations Manager (Live Commerce)

We are looking for a Store Operations Manager to manage day-to-day live commerce operations for retail and boutique sellers on Zoop Live. This is a field role where you will work directly with sellers to ensure smooth inventory, order, and account operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations for sellers using Zoop Live
• Handle inventory tracking and order processing
• Support seller onboarding and account setup
• Coordinate live commerce activities with sellers
• Track orders and resolve operational issues
• Use basic tools like spreadsheets and dashboards
• Share operational feedback with internal teams

Requirements

• Knowledge of inventory management and order handling
• Comfortable using basic tech tools and systems
• Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Operations Executive, or similar role
• Willing to work on-ground with sellers in market environments
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills
• PreferredFemale candidates
• Experience in retail, boutique, or wholesale stores
