• Maintain shelf hygiene, facings, planograms, and secondary displays
• Execute in-store promotions, tastings, and sampling activities
• Ensure pricing, tags, and offers are accurate and clearly visible
• Sales and PerformanceDrive sell-through at store level
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Identify slow moving SKUs and take corrective actions
• Coordinate with modern trade staff to improve shelf rotation and visibility
• Inventory and OperationsMonitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
• Coordinate replenishment with distributors and store teams
• Track expiry dates and ensure FIFO is followed
• Handle returns, damages, and discrepancies promptly
• People ManagementTrain and manage promoters or brand representatives
• Ensure promoters understand the Patang story, ingredients, and positioning
• Set daily targets and review performance
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and brand conduct
• Reporting and FeedbackShare regular reports on sales, stock, and store feedback
• Capture consumer insights and competitor activity
