Store Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized
• Replenish stock and coordinate with inventory team when required
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and offers
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns effectively
• Assist in visual merchandising activities
• Support store operations as assigned by the Store Manager
