Store Sales Executive

A Clothing Store Sales Associate greets customers, provides styling advice, helps find items, processes transactions, and maintains a tidy store, focusing on driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience by being knowledgeable about products and promotions while keeping displays stocked and appealing. Key duties involve sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and POS system skills. 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers, offer product information, suggest outfits, and build client relationships.

Sales & Promotions: Inform customers about sales, loyalty programs, and meet sales targets.

Merchandising: Arrange displays, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

Transactions: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.

Inventory Management: Assist with receiving stock, stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.

Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor and report suspicious activity. 

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred; high school diploma often required.

Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge: Product knowledge, sales techniques, and familiarity with POS systems.

Attributes: Professionalism, patience, flexibility (evenings/weekends), and a team-oriented attitude.
