Student Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Career Counsellor cum Admissions Manager who will guide prospective students in choosing the right diploma programs, drive conversions, and manage the complete admissions lifecycle. The role involves active outreach through institutional visits, workshops, and counselling sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counselling & Conversions
• Counsel students and parents about diploma programs, career paths, and outcomes
• Handle walk-ins, leads, and virtual counselling sessions
• Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets
• Manage the end-to-end admissions process from enquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate documentation, fee processing, and onboarding
• Institutional Outreach-visit schools, colleges, and universities to generate leads
• Build relationships with placement cells, principals, and faculty
• Organize career guidance seminars, workshops, and presentations
