Job Description: Student Outreach Intern

Duration: 4 Weeks (Immediate Start)

Location: Delhi/ NCR based Field job

Reporting to: Manager - Medical Education Initiatives

Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Student Outreach Intern to spearhead our marketing efforts for an upcoming high-yield webinar for 2nd-year MBBS students in Delhi. Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between our platform and the medical student community by recruiting and managing Campus Ambassadors across top Delhi medical colleges.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Discovery: * Identify and find contact details for Class Representatives (CRs) and Academic Secretaries for 2nd-year batches in colleges like AIIMS, MAMC, VMMC, LHMC, UCMS, and NDMC.
2. Ambassador Recruitment: * Pitch the "Campus Ambassador Program" to CRs and influential students via WhatsApp and Phone.
3. Onboard at least 1–2 Ambassadors per major medical college in Delhi.
4. Campaign Management: * Distribute the "WhatsApp Marketing Kit" (flyers, copy, links) to all Ambassadors.
5. Ensure Ambassadors post updates in their official batch groups as per the schedule.
6. Tracking & Reporting: * Monitor registration counts per college using the Cosmofeed/SuperProfile dashboard.
7. Daily reporting on outreach status (Number of CRs contacted vs. Number of batches reached).

Requirements

1. Currently a student (preferably in Medicine, Allied Health, or Marketing).
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Strong "WhatsApp etiquette" and ability to handle objections professionally.
4. Must have a personal LinkedIn and WhatsApp account for outreach.
