Supply Head (Last Mile - Large Supply Chain)

Role Summary:

Shadowfax Technologies Ltd, is building its last-mile fleet to deliver Large / Volumetric shipments across major metros / Tier-1/2 cities. We are looking for a Supply Head, who will be able to set up a network of LCVs to enable Last-Mile logistics through vendor partners and native supply.

Responsibilities:

• Build a robust Pan-India network of LCV vendors and supply partners on a per-shipment cost model.
• Lead and mentor a team of regional supply managers to drive ground execution.
• Design and implement strategies to reduce last-mile cost per shipment.
• Collaborate with regional operations teams to ensure delivery of best-in-class Customer Experience (CX) metrics.
• Monitor and optimize supply-side SLAs, fleet utilization, and partner engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Large / Volumetric shipments is mandatory.
• Prior experience in top-tier e-commerce or logistics platforms as Channel Relationship Manager (CRM) is preferred.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and cost optimization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
