Job Title: Talent Acquisition Head – BPO & Medical Industry

Location: Pitam Pura

Experience: 7-10 Years in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Head to lead the hiring efforts for our BPO and Medical Sales divisions. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding to attract top talent. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in bulk hiring, and a deep understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a high-volume hiring strategy for BPO sales agents, medical representatives, and leadership roles.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline to meet business needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.

2. Workforce Planning & Forecasting

  • Collaborate with business heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business expansion and project demands.
  • Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires.

3. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Develop employer branding strategies to position the company as a preferred workplace.
  • Plan and execute recruitment drives, campus hiring, and job fairs.
  • Engage with potential candidates through digital campaigns and professional networks.

4. Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization

  • Ensure seamless recruitment operations, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Implement and manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for streamlined hiring.
  • Monitor hiring metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time), cost per hire, and quality of hire.

5. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team.
  • Drive performance through training, goal-setting, and KPI tracking.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to align recruitment with company objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 7-10 years in talent acquisition, preferably in BPO and medical sales hiring.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of bulk hiring, healthcare recruitment, and BPO workforce management.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and executive hiring.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with ATS, recruitment CRM, and LinkedIn talent solutions.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze hiring trends and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to manage high-pressure hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
