·        Understanding JD for which sourcing is required

·        Screening of resumes available on job portals or received through references

·        Call potential suitable candidates and explain JD, understand their current role and responsibility.

·        Adjudge suitability of the candidates based on the conversation

·        Share candidate tracker and resumes for further shortlistig by client

·        Coordinate interviews

·        Close follow up on the interview process status

·        Coordinate with selected candidates for joining formalities

Establish long term professional relationship with candidates for future growth opportunities and references for closure of other positions
