Tally Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented and self-motivated Tally Prime Operator to manage sales order processing, accounting functions, and inventory control with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and management of Sales Orders in Tally Prime
• Monitoring and follow-up of pending orders
• GST invoicing and E-way bill generation
• Bank statement updates and book-keeping entries
• Maintaining purchase and sales records
• Conducting physical stock verification and stock reconciliation
• Basic Excel reporting and data management
• Handling email and WhatsApp communication
• Coordinating with customers regarding orders and payments

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Basic understanding of GST and E-way bill procedures
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock verification
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Good communication skills
• Soft-spoken, well-mannered, and respectful behavior with colleagues
• Disciplined and self-motivated
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines
• Strong focus on accuracy with minimal to zero errors
• 
  

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
