Job Description
We are looking for a Tally Sales & Support Executive responsible for selling Tally solutions and providing basic to advanced support to existing and new customers. The role includes client interaction, requirement analysis, product demos, sales closure, and handling Tally-related queries such as installation, configuration, data management, and day-to-day accounting support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sale of Tally software and related solutions
- Provide on-call / remote support to customers
- Tally installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Client training and basic guidance on Tally usage
- Follow-ups, renewals, and customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Tally (certification preferred)
- Experience in software sales or support
- Good communication and client-handling skills
Salary: Fixed + Incentives (as per experience)
