Job Title: Tally Operator (Support & Sales)

Location: Nehru Place, Delhi (In-Office)

Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Tally Operator who can handle customer support calls for existing clients while also identifying and generating new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and good communication skills to assist clients and convert interactions into business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support (Primary Role)

• Provide on-call support to existing customers using Tally
• Resolve queries related to:
• 
  
• Accounting entries
• GST, billing, and reports
• Data backup and troubleshooting
• Guide customers in the effective use of Tally features
• Ensure quick and satisfactory resolution of issues

2. Sales & Business Development (Secondary Role)

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during support calls
• Promote:
• Tally upgrades
• AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
• Cloud services and other IT solutions
• Follow up with existing and potential clients for new business
• Maintain a pipeline of leads generated through support interactions

3. Relationship Management

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach in all interactions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
• Basic understanding of accounting and GST
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
• Sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities
• Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in Tally support or accounting role
• Experience in customer handling or tele-support
• Familiarity with IT products/services is a plus
• Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)+ Average Sales Incentives Upto ₹5000
