Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Mughlai dishes preparation (gravies, curries, kebabs, kormas, etc.)
Cooking different types of Biryani (Chicken, Mutton, Egg, Veg – Dum style preferred)
Handling Tandoor operations – tandoori roti, naan, kebabs, tikka, grilled items
Proper marination of tandoori & Mughlai items
Assisting Head Chef in menu execution and kitchen workflow
Ensuring consistent taste, portion control, and food presentation
Maintaining kitchen hygiene as per FSSAI standards
Helping in raw material handling, stock control, and waste reduction
Coordinating with kitchen staff during peak hours
Following standard recipes and SOPs of the brand
