Tax Audit - Team Lead

Job Summary

VDSA is looking for an experienced Tax Audit - Team Leader who will report directly to the Managing Partner. The role involves leading tax, financial, stock, and internal audits for various clients while ensuring accurate accounting, timely compliance, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax audits, financial audits, stock audits, and internal audits.
• Review accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances (GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, etc.).
• Maintain strict tracking of timelines and ensure all assignments are completed within deadlines.
• Lead and supervise audit teams and allocate assignments.
• Oversee clients’ accounts departments and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare and present audit reports and findings to management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Semi-Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) / Commerce Degree w/ Experience.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, and regulatory compliances.
• Leadership ability with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and client management skills.
