Job Summary:A teacher is responsible for educating students by planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment that supports academic, social, and emotional development.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum
• Teach subject matter clearly using appropriate instructional methods
• Assess, record, and report students’ progress and performance
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Prepare teaching materials such as lesson plans, worksheets, and activities
• Identify students’ learning needs and provide extra support when necessary
• Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and creativity
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development
• Follow school policies, rules, and educational standard
