The Preschool Academic Trainer is responsible for training, guiding and monitoring teachers across centers to ensure high-quality implementation of the curriculum, classroom excellence, and consistent academic standards aligned with company philosophy.

Parent Academic Orientation Support

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• Understanding of Montessori & play-based pedagogy
• Excellent training & presentation skills
• Strong classroom observation ability
• Good communication & leadership skills
• Ability to travel to franchise centers
