Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Success Associate – Product Specialist with a strong hospital operations background and solid understanding of SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will act as a key coordinator between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of our healthcare technology products across hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and implementation of company products at hospitals and patient homes.
• Coordinate effectively between internal departments (Product, Tech, Sales, Support) and external stakeholders (Hospital Admin, Doctors, Clinical Staff).
• Conduct regular site visits to hospitals to monitor service delivery and ensure optimal usage of products and services.
• Deliver comprehensive training to doctors, hospital administrators, and staff on product functionalities and service utilization.
• Collect and relay feedback from on-ground interactions to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product usage, service experience, and escalate critical concerns to the respective teams.
• Ensure complete documentation of onboarding activities and training sessions.
• Monitor usage patterns and proactively suggest enhancements to boost adoption and satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
