We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to oversee our travel consultancy operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of travel consultants, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance. This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving business goals.

• Supervise and lead a team of travel consultants, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

• Monitor booking processes, itineraries, and travel documentation for accuracy.
