Job Description
Drive the team to achieve sales targets for personal loans, business loans products
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales plans and allocate leads to team members
Monitor pipeline, track conversions, and ensure timely follow-up on leads
Train and mentor loan officers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and relationship management
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement
Motivate the team through incentives, recognition programs, and continuous support
Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
