Role Overview

We are hiring for the position of Team Lead, responsible for driving merchant acquisition and digital

payment adoption. The role involves managing a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs), ensuring

deployment of QR codes, soundbox devices, and other digital payment solutions while maintaining

strong merchant relationships and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5–7 Field Sales Executives (FSEs)

• Drive merchant onboarding for digital payment solutions

• Ensure deployment of QR Codes & Soundbox devices

• Monitor daily field activities and team performance

• Train, mentor, and support team members

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

• Build strong merchant relationships

Eligibility Criteria

• 6 months to 2+ years of experience in sales/business development

• Prior team handling experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Comfortable with field work
