About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Team Leaders to lead our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in life insurance sales, telesales, or cold calling, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales agents.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure consistent goal achievement.

Team Management

• Train, coach, and evaluate team members regularly.
• Build a positive, performance-driven work culture.

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively.

Market Insights

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Share insights to support continuous sales growth.

Reporting

• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

✅ 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor in Life Insurance Sales

✅ Proven experience in Insurance Cold Calling or Telesales

✅ Strong knowledge of Life Insurance Products & Market

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and team motivation skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM Tools

✅ Analytical and problem-solving mindset
